About the Dentists
Margaret Lin, DDS
Dr. Lin graduated with a B.A. from Barnard College in 1992. She then graduated with a D.D.S. from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 1996.
Following dental school, Dr. Lin completed a General Dentistry residency program at Beth Israel Medical Center. She then went on to complete another year of Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Columbia University NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Center where she continued to learn techniques in Cosmetic Dentistry and taught dental students.
From 2007-2010, Dr. Lin was selected as One of America’s Top Dentists.
Dr. Lin is committed to keeping up with the latest advances by attending continuing education courses. Her treatment philosophy involves caring comprehensive dentistry for the entire family.
Dr. Lin is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
Frank Liu, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Liu graduated with a B.A. from New York University in 1991. Dr. Liu’s research interests then brought him to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and continued at Columbia University where he earned an American Association of Dental Research Fellowship. He graduated at the top of his class with a D.D.S. from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 1996 receiving both the Hannah J. Appel Periodontics Award and International College of Dentists Award for outstanding academic performance.
Following dental school, Dr. Liu went on to complete a General Dentistry residency program at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Liu has published various research articles and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and American Academy of Oral Medicine.
He has been selected as 2004 – 2010 One of America’s Top Dentists. In 2007, Dr. Liu attained the prestigious Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). He is one of only 5% of American dentists that has achieved this honor by completing 500 hours of continuing education and passing a rigorous 6 hour written examination.
